Last weekend I attended Anime North 2006 held in Toronto, Canada. Although I have been to two other conventions before (CN Anime in Toronto last year and 3 years ago), this was my first time at ANorth. I’d heard some really good things about this convention before from con-goers at CNAnime and from some other people I knew who had been to ANorth previously. Although I was massively impressed by CNAnime in the past, the fact that that convention was coupled with a general sci-fi and comic book convention tended to dilute things a bit. As well, the venue (Toronto Convention Center) required things to shut down at around 5pm which kind of sucked. Thus Anime North was a huge change and a wonderful surprize as it was much better than I could imagine.

I have been getting 20 spam comments a day from various advertisers. At first it was just once or twice a week, then once or twice a day, then about 20 a day for the last week. Just today I recieved SEVENTY SEVEN spam comments. How do I stop this? Any ideas? I bet these [...]
